Outreach Therapy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All in-kind and monetary donations to receive a donation receipt for tax purposes.

We accept small quantities of item donations such as wall calendars, weekly planners, adaptive equipment, computers, and over-the-counter orthoses (ex: wrist braces).
